Use this form to withdraw from (cancel) a purchase made on this website (Biblianza). You do not need an account, a password or to sign in. Within 24 hours of your request, we send the code of your request to the e-mail address you enter below.

What happens next

  1. Within 24 hours, we send the code of your request to the e-mail address you entered.
  2. To protect your purchase, we may ask you to confirm the request from that same e-mail address. This step is used only to verify your identity and the security of your account.
  3. If your request is within 14 days of the purchase, we cancel the purchase and refund it as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy: to the original payment method, in the currency you paid. Access to the refunded item ends. If it is later, we review it in good faith and in line with the consumer law that applies to you.
